Who should manage your HOA finances?

DEFINITELY NOT YOUR ASSOCIATION MANAGER… This is a huge conflict of interest. Unfortunately, it is a growing trend for Association Managers to require they manage your HOA finances.


There needs to be a system of checks and balances which is why you should have an independent company manage your finances.


Additionally, your Association Manager SHOULD NOT be doing your Reserve Study. Again, a huge conflict of interest.
