When you look up your Association Manager on Google or Yelp are you shocked that they have anyone giving them 5 Star reviews?

Most of those 5 Star reviews are fake.

Here’s how you can tell… If the reviewer has no profile photo and they have only one review ever, it is most likely a fake review.
