Strike 1 - They require they manage your HOA finances.
Strike 2 - They require you use one of their preferred attorneys as your HOA attorney.
Strike 3 - Strike 1 and 2 are bad enough that your HOA Manager should’ve been ejected from the game already! If they haven’t, here are some potential third strikes:
They were put in place by the builder
They require they also do your Reserve Study
They only provide you quotes from their “preferred” vendor list

They don't respond to your questions in a timely manner. So many of them do not do this!
