In the wake of the Champlain Towers tragedy in Florida that was caused by financial mismanagement, Transparency HOA is putting together a lawsuit against the 428 Alice Owners Association and The Helsing Group.

To date, the 428 Alice Board of Directors has illegally borrowed over $300,000 from the Reserve Fund and has NO plan to return these missing funds.
